Liked Fast Check in and out. New facility.

Disliked The bed are too low. The new polystyrene towels were smelly and not absorb water. The TV was not set-up properly and unable to watch. Short of adapter for kettle and 3 ways adapter for TV. Balcony and window are dusty. The unit only provide sufficient and utensils (1 bowl and 4 cups) are not cater for 6 pax for 3 rooms unit. Drink water not provided. No cloth hanger and no mrror in the bathroom. Doors are without door stopper. The middle room air-cond was not working and my son sleeping with the door opened. When the cleaner turned up to check. Strong wind blow and slam the door, but the cleaner complained to the PIC that we slammed the door with violence / abusive behavior. OMG!

Disliked I'm not satisfied with the stay.The house was very dusty. The air conditioner didn't work well. Only 1 mirror in the entire house. The TV unable to operate. The faucet in the toilet was leaking. So many cons than pro. The hospitality was bad as well.We are paying to get a peaceful sleep after the tiring travel but all we got was discomfort. No discount was given when we requested. This apartment is not recommended at all.

Disliked bathroom is nothing to hang clothes, no mirrors, toilet paper provided cheaper and not comfortable to use, paip leaking. Dining room under carpet didn’t clean, dirty, floor also dirty. Bedroom mattress all not comfortable and not clean. Plastic bag for rubbish only 2pcs
