Great stay
Liked Room was spacious. Shuttle service was helpful. Staff were attentive.
Disliked Single beds were too small. At least a super single bed would have been good!

Excellent staff team at Amazing Granite Hotel in Penang .
Liked Excellent hotel with an amazing staff team. Special mention must be made to 3 staff in particular. Joshua from the front office. Passionate and committed to provide the best service. Had a minor issue with our Aircon and he immediately settled it , though I mentioned that it can be done later . Security staff Viknesh . Always willing to go the extra mile to share about places of interest and popular eateries with the locals . A very informative gentleman. Housekeeping staff Saddham. He was just amazingly passionate about his job. He went out of his way to always check with us , if there was anything else that he could do to ensure the room was comfortable for us. These three gentlemen and in fact the entire team at The Granite Luxury hotel are ambassadors . Congratulations.
