Fabulous hotel - very clean and eco friendly

Liked Staff were very polite, friendly and professional. Breakfast was very good and dining/room service was good as well. The lady that did the activities booking was very knowledgeable and helpful. It would have been very good if the facilities in the rooms had been checked before guests check-in as we had to get maintenance to fix toilet flush and broken lamps etc. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.

A great holiday
Liked Welcomed from the start by Carolyn the manager, and check in all smooth, bags delivered to the room. Staff all smiling and friendly and are an absolute asset to the property. Breakfast was great, a selection catering to all tastes from fruit to curry and everything in between. Rooms were clean and comfortable with air conditioning. Although some parts of the resort are ageing, there is an ongoing refurbishment programme but this doesn't spoil the location and the feel of the place. Bar staff were incredible and always happy. Prices were reasonable for drinks and food and of a good quality. The pool area was great with a choice of seawater or chlorine pool. Our time went too quickly as usual and we were sad to leave. I would recommend the resort for the location, the friendliness of the staff and just an around nice place to spend some time.
