Disliked unclear check in process. we're late check in. receive an instruction for self check in only to be confused. wrote there do not share pin to anyone, but no pin given. very peculiar instruction to get key from mailbox. host is only contactable next day at 7am-ish. host said sorry and we're also feel ok la, our side is wrong too for late check in. then host offer change date outside booking.com and we book for next weekend. Suddenly, got 2 booking overlap and host just cancel ours. And that was at 6.30pm after i message to reconfirm before we went check in.
