Liked The faces suites is a huge hotel complex and it’s located in a prime area in KL. It has multiple towers and several floors. The room we booked was like a small apartment with 2 very spacious rooms and spacious bathrooms with kitchen and all the essentials white goods. It was a good stay
Disliked It is huge and you may feel a bit lost
Liked The suite was alot bigger then we expected, very clean too. Check in process quick and easy. Staff were friendly.
Disliked The breakfast wasn't very hot and very busy so hard to find a table on a couple of mornings.
