Disliked This is by far the worst booking I’ve ever stayed at. The management is very poor. The owner is probably not Malaysian, and it’s very hard to contact them. They expect us to read all their instructions in the booking app, but when we had a problem during check-in, they didn’t reply. We came here to relax, but they made everything difficult with their complicated procedures like need to make a group whatsapp with their other staff like wth, and they were not friendly at all. The shower head in the bathroom was broken, the air conditioner was leaking (they informed us, but it still wasn’t cold enough), and a structure in the living room suddenly collapsed and almost hit my head. banyak karenah betul. menyusahkan hidup

Disliked hidden charge!actually its have extra and hidden charge.. i am booking for 3 bedroom but actually the price for 2bedroom only not as advertised! i look like being scam!really upset because i cannot access free wifi dan cannot watch TV for 3day 2 night and nobody come to assist me.
