The Dorsett Service Suites Bukit Bintang Kuala Lumpur

Property unavailable

Liked Not applicable as we were asked by the host that property was unavailable due to some maintenance issue and asked us to stay at a nearby property

Disliked Not applicable

Liked The location wise was good.

Disliked First day checked in we wasnt told that we needed to change to another room the next day, I had to ask. Toilet water took so long to drain so we had to shower in a flood. There's no television in the living area which should be provided as per the picture. Water supply got cut off for an hour. Staff was okay but not a good experience this time.

Liked Nothing to say because my book was cancelled last minute, just 30 minutes before checkin, they inform it was over booked,

Please upgrade your service and should hire local worker

Liked just the tv channel

Disliked suppose to be check in at dorsett. When we arrived they told us to move to another ressidence because they said the room was under maintenance.they need to tell us early if that so.
