Liked Extremely disappointing experience. The service was very poor, with no clear guidelines or proper instructions provided to guests. The biggest concern was the lack of security and privacy. There was no safe or secure storage inside the unit because there was no padlock. Even more seriously, someone entered our unit without our knowledge or permission after we had already checked in. This is completely unacceptable and is a serious breach of guest privacy and security. Guests should be able to feel safe and have their privacy respected, especially after checking in. Entering a guest’s unit without informing them or obtaining permission is not acceptable under any circumstances. Overall, this was a very unpleasant and frustrating experience. The management needs to take these issues seriously and improve their security, communication, and service standards. I would not recommend this place based on our experience.

Disliked Owner request to cancel due to no electricity but when we arrive we asking the property management they said that building was everything in good condition..

Worst experience using booking.com please block or black list

Liked When I reached the property, the owner cancel my booking when I trying to contact him. He apparently doesn’t want to answer my phone calls, WhatsApp. His property/ unit is over booked & and using the reasons, electricity supply is interrupted. I have to made a new reservation for my stay. I’m very disappointed with your platform, which I am using your services for so many years. I have to share this bad experience with my friends. Please block or black listed Zen bnb to avoid further incident.

Disliked I don’t even have a chance to use any facilities , the booking is cancelled when I try to contact the owner. They are using others customers service counter as their own.
