Liked The property was okay but the drainage system of the building was not so good. It was smelly. The line and beddings need to be replaced. They aren’t well washed and some stains could be visible.

Disliked The beddings need to be white white not anything in between

Great location, would not recommend or stay again.

Disliked Gym was non existent Pool was shut most of the time Sauna was out of service the entire time Lifts barely worked, 15-20m wait each time to use (on level 27 was our room) Our bathroom had an incredibly bad sewerage smell that stunk the entire apartment out for the entire time. Our representative tried to charge us again (already paid in full) when we arrived at the property

Pleasent stay and would go for it again if the price is right.

Liked Location was veryb good. It is located in a central area of KL. A lot of commercial outlets. Also a lot of highend malls. All walking distance. Also a lot of variety of food available around. The monorail station is also closeby so that is also an added advantage for transportation.

Disliked Elevators has a lot of laod and long wait times. The pool usually overcrowded. No daily service.

Disliked the air conditioner is not working properly (26-06)
