Liked The atelier boutique staff were absolutely amazing! My husband's suitcase never made it to Kota Kinabalu, the staff called and made sure a shop was open late at night to go buy more essentials. They helped so much. The check in was super easy and everything was Whatsapped beforehand. The rooms were clean and had everything you needed. The airport is super close and there in food and shops available downstairs

Disliked Only issue was soundproofing, the walls had great soundproofing but the windows were a bit thin so you heard planes non stop. If we had earplugs wouldn't of been an issue.

room is wonderful

Liked instructions are clear, the office response on timely manner, room is good for backpackers or couple. I think not suitable for families - my opinion but overall if you stay with friends

Disliked the entrance of the lift need to pass the mamak restaurant and the room is facing the main road so you will hear motorcycles races at night time, people lepak at the mamak
