The Arts Smart Home Terengganu

Nice bed

Liked The decor & the bed

Disliked Not quite like smart home concept

Liked Smart home with google assit

Liked Spacious, clean, got netflix, near to mall

A complete dissappoinment

Liked ONLY location near to many good eating places

Disliked 1. Insufficient &/ or inaccurate address 2. Late provision of complete address & location by contacting customer in the afternoon on the day whilst customer was travelling to the place. When booking & payment were made one week before date of checked-in. 3. The lights for both bathroom were put on timer which were too short thus it went off whilst we were taking our shower. 4. No toilet papers and tissue papers were provided. 5. No drying rack provided for the crockeries after washing. 6. Curtains are also put on timer which causes the curtain to open & close unexpectantly & inconveniently

Excellent

Liked We enjoyed the smart home facilities. We will surely come again.
