Liked The shower handle in the second toilet keeps turning down, not functioning well, the tap at the toilet bowl is leaking so the water didn’t come out at all, the water at both toilet are very slow, the aircond at the living area is not cold. Quite disappointed, plus the price is not tally with the comfortness

For the charges of RM450-550 per night, the condition of the unit should be better.

Liked 1. The host allowed us to change dates for booking and sent cleaners again when we mentioned the unit was not cleaned well. 2. The unit view and location is good.

Disliked The unit needs improvement maintenance considering below points. 1. Unit cleanliness need to be improved - the fans are dusty, toilets walls have molds, living room carpet dusty/dirty (we ended up removing it) and the bed has bedbugs.. My dad has bed bugs bite his whole body. 2. Unit need maintenance - - the master bedroom bed leg is broken, and I see some amendment was made but it kept falling down in the middle of night. - the shower head holder broken.. - the kitchen cabinet doors are broken and kept collapsing 3. No clear instruction on water heater switch which was at fridge.. All the kids and elders showered in cold water for the fst day.. maybe proper labelling will help

Disliked The furniture are old and stained. It does not provide the comfort. The Aircond remotes are not functioning well( super low battery) and some not working. Water pressure are low. There was insufficient maintenance in the house. Photo and the actual is differ

Worst management by host keeping customer deposit RM 250 for more than 24 hours before refunded.

Liked I did not like anything about my stay.

Disliked I dont like the way the property handle the check in process. Before i book i read on the policy carefully and stated that the advance fees of rm250 should be paid b ly cash / transfer and will be refund upon check out. But on actual when I check out, the host keep my money for more than 24 hours saying that we need ample time to check on the damage. This is unacceptable. All deposit should be refund upon check out. When I ask why they took so long, they inform its the policy of the property. But in the policy its written the deposit will be refund upon check out. What a deceived statement. One of the bed is making too much of noise when we move to left n right. The water heater is not working. And water preassure is very low even to wash a dish is also hard.
