The Anderson Haven Family Suites - Ipoh 2-bedroom Apartment

Disliked Not a good experience. We arrived on time, but the room wasn’t ready and we weren’t informed beforehand. We had to come back later. No cutlery was provided, and there was no washing machine despite it being listed.

Liked The house quite spacious than before. There are two toilets. So it is more comfortable for my family

Disliked But can't use the microwave or the electric kettle since one of three pin of the plug is missing. Well actually found it is stuck in the wall switch socket.

Poor service and, most importantly, poor safety

Disliked Very disappointing experience. We booked the homestay, but at night an unknown person tried to open our door. Luckily, we were alert and contacted the agent. Unfortunately, there was no proper response or apology. We were simply asked to stay while a technician came to reset the password. Despite this being a security issue caused by the property/agent, no refund was offered. .
