Liked Spacious and quiet, away from city noise. Easy access to food and essentials: nearby eateries, 7-Eleven, and grocery shops.

Disliked Cleanliness could be better (6/10). Hidden penalty for not taking out trash which is not stated clearly in T&C. Bed was too hard and flat, burnt and rusty pan, no detergent provided, and low water pressure.
