This is now my first choice hotel in Kota Kinabalu.

Liked Stayed here three times before, so knew what to expect (and have already booked for another trip). Convenient free parking (just outside the door). Large rooms, efficient air-conditioning.

Disliked Long walk from the lift to our room when in room 407.

My first choice when staying in KK.

Liked Staff very friendly & helpful. Have stayed here twice before and have booked 3 more stays for later this year.

Liked Avoid traffic in the town area.

Disliked After checking in, I found bugs on the bed, which made me think they hadn't changed the sheets. The toilet was clogged, but the maintenance staff came and fixed it. The air conditioning wasn't working well at night; the room was still very hot several hours later…

Liked They hv aircond and fan at the same time. So you can choose for fan if you did not prefer for aircond
