Disliked 1) Irregular shower water pressure. 2) Sadly, no lift service. Only stairs.

Incredible, completely worth every penny and more.
Liked Incredible rooms. The beach is well maintained and pristine. The rooms are spacious and clean. The restaurants on the premise are incredible as well. Even though there was a water heater issue, we were compensated for it. One could easily spend 5-6 days at this place and you wouldn’t get tired of the incredible sunsets
Disliked There was no hot water because of the boiler issue. But we were compensated fairly for it.

Great staffs and clean resort.
Liked Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Booking.com messed up my bookings, but the front desk staff helped me resolve the issue.
Disliked Not much choice at the restaurant.

10/10 beach
Liked We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel has a beautiful beach and its location, a little away from the main town, gives it such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. What really stood out to us was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. If you’re looking for somewhere to slow down, relax and enjoy beautiful surroundings away from the busier parts of Langkawi, this is a lovely choice. We would happily stay here again.
