Liked I really like the location as it is very convenient, with Watsons, KFC, McDonald’s and other shops and restaurants nearby.
Disliked I was disappointed with the breakfast menu, as the selection could be improved. In addition, I noticed that a few staff members were not professional in the way they communicated with customers. Their manner of speaking came across as inappropriate and lacking respect.
I hope the management will look into both the breakfast offerings and the service standards, particularly in ensuring that staff communicate with customers in a courteous, professional and respectful manner.

Great customer service and free teatime snacks and mee goreng dinner
Liked A good business hotel. We stayed overnight on vacation. Very good customer service. Free covered parking. Free tea time snacks and one free mee goreng for dinner was a perfect touch.
Disliked Facilities need a bit of maintenance.
