Liked Convienient to KL city...

Nobody should come to Swiss garden residence from Maple Home. They are a disgrace.

Liked Liked the location and facilities, but the maple home people are the worst. They were terrible and they didn't event think about guests comfort. The cleanliness was no where to my expectations. In my 6 nights stay they didn't event bother to clean my room once. Worst experience.

Liked THE FACILITIES IS OK. SWIMMING POOL WAS NICE.

Disliked THE BED WAS SMELLY N SMELL URINE. I KNOW THEY CHANGE THE PILLOW COVER BUT STILL DISGUSTING. THE BATHROOM SHOWER BROKE NEED TO USE THE OTHER OPTION. THE HOST CONTCT NUM PHONE PROVIDED IS NOT ANSWERED TO ASSIST.THE LOCATION IS ALSO VERY BAD N NOT WALKING FRIENDLY. THE FACILITIES IS OK. SWIMMING POOL WAS NICE. BUT CAN U IMAGINE HOW TO SLEEP WITH THIS KIND OF MATTRESS THAT SMELLS LIKE SHIT.

Liked didnt have breakfast

Disliked no changing of towels and no replenishing of tissue paper. Also, no cleaning for the 4 days I was in the room.

Cockroaches everywhere

Liked Location and size of room. Can even sleep up to 4 pax. Check in and check out is easy and staffs are friendly.

Disliked 1. Getting out of tower need to scan QR code is troublesome/unproductive 2. Room aircon is very weak 3. Shower area is dirty and filled with soap scum 4. Waiting lobby no aircon, very stuffy
