Great location, good bed, could be cleaner

Liked Excellent location in Chinatown. Very comfortable bed, good aircon and shower was good. The room was dark, which we like.

Disliked The bathroom area could have been cleaner. Generally, the room could have done with more cleaning. Weird set up where my security cars opened the front door as well as the hotel next door… which also has the same name!

Liked If one wishes to be on jln petaling in heart this area, good. For the worriers on here, yes security is good...key card etc, and brightly lit/cctv. AC good and Wifi good

Disliked A. My first room had NO window....complained to desk that this was NOT stated in booking, and they ^upgraded^ me. B. Supposed be nonsmoking but can smell from near room...had to complain & then was stopped C . Noisy walking corridor floors, D. Bathroom shower iz weak & lukewarm,

Liked We liked the view from our room and the comfortable bed. We also liked Karen’s assistance in sorting out our extension for an extra night, for which she let us stay in our original room for the whole duration of our stay, without extra expense as it was a better room.

Disliked Our aircon stopped working, however this was fixed promptly by Karen within a few hours.
