Swing & Pillows - Golden Roof Hotel Sunway Ipoh

Good experience.

Liked The cleanliness and the facilities. Aircond is cold. Everything is good. Keep it up.

Disliked Ironing equipment is outside. Better every room have one.

Liked The environment was very peaceful and relaxing. It was quiet with no disturbances, which made the stay very comfortable. The hotel also provides plenty of facilities, which made everything convenient.

Liked I really liked the way the staff assisted us.

Disliked I stayed for one day in a standard room with two single beds. The room was convenient, especially since I was traveling with my nephew. However, the cleanliness needs improvement as the room was dusty and there were many black ants, even on the bed. Thankfully, I had my own travel repellent spray. Other than the cleanliness issue, everything else was okay.

Liked Charming staff, good greeting and helpful

Disliked Poor toilet, look old, need to upgrade especially shower
