Liked I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I am extremely satisfied with my experience. The location is excellent, very convenient and perfect for exploring the area. The staff are absolutely lovely: kind, welcoming, professional and always ready to help. A special mention goes to Mr. Rubel, who was exceptionally helpful, attentive and friendly throughout my stay. His kindness and professionalism really made a difference and made me feel very welcome. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The mattress is excellent and the pillows are incredibly comfortable, which made sleeping especially pleasant. The air conditioning works perfectly, there is always hot water, and another detail I really appreciated is the free mineral water available on every floor. Everything was well organized and comfortable, and I felt very well looked after during my entire stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. Thank you again to all the staff, and especially to Mr. Rubel, for making my stay so pleasant and memorable.
