to improve on the cleaniness

Liked Easy access

Disliked Na

nice and cool staycation

Liked pool of course

Disliked nothing

Check in could be smoother. Location has all daily needs.

Liked It’s ok. Helpful security staff.

Disliked I’m increasingly skeptical of booking.com vague details of “additional charges” at the property. I’ve followed up 2 times for the “returnable deposit” at this property.

Building Management must take note

Liked The staff(Zul) is good. Customer service is good.

Disliked The building service. Mentainance during check-out time. Cannot use the lift. Have to use the stairs from level 15. Blackout at night.

Good and would have been better if shower worked better

Liked Was clean but could be cleaner

Disliked The shower didn't work properly. Please ask maintenance to check
