Liked - Very peaceful environment, except at night "mat rempit" making noises - Near to every attraction places - Easy to park your vehicle

Liked Convenient location for my visit to encore. Easy to find good nearby. Polite front desk and room service staff.
Disliked Parking ramp was a bit cramp. Staff had accidentally checked someone in and had to wait quite a bit for staff to check with supervisor on other room availability. Lift was slow and on Saturday it took a long time to access our room to and from the lobby. On Saturday nights, can hear the Mat Rempits racing all night, even though we were on the 24th floor.
