Liked The food was very nice. Would be good to have more fruit for breakfast. Lovely villa. Lovely view. Staff were fantastic.

Disliked The remaining coral needs to be better protected. No swimming at low tide should be enforced. I think you should move to banning all plastics on the island.

Paradise once the tourists leave

Liked We loved the room on the hill side and the fact we had a private beach. Staff were great and always looked after us. Restaurant was amazing with excellent selection for breakfast and lunch and dinner were very high quality. Ordering lamb shank and mashed potato was a risk an island but it was expetional. Drinks were pricey and cocktails quite weak but this is the same across Borneo.

Disliked Sand flies everywhere but obviously staff couldn't do anything about that!. They seemed oblivious to bug spray (sand flies not staff 😁 )Mixing with tourists during the day was challenging especially around jetty area. Staff do their best but maybe wristband or separate area would help aid confusion. Also there was a ton of rubbish in the sea. Again staff do their best with morning and evening beach clean but tourists just dropped litter everywhere.
