Liked Location good Staff quite quick to respond
Disliked 1. Stench upon entering the apartment (possibly from kampong Ayer). We had to get our own air freshener. 2. Stench from Garbage shoot area (near lift area, hallway to apartment) 3. Towels smelling quite damp.
Liked The cleanliness and the good communication with the owner, the swimming pool, and the various food outlet around.
Disliked The TV quality can be improved, Dryer take a bit longer to dry, the entrance door knob can be improved. For a newcomers like me, stop by the security on the B2 carpark first to ask for the assigned parking.
Liked Clean and cozy house at a reasonable price. The location is strategic to access to anywhere and there are a lot of eateries at ground floor.
