Liked the location was convenient and the property itself has good potential.

Disliked unfortunately, the house was not as clean as expected. the sink pipe was leaking badly and caused water to overflow, which was very inconvenient during my stay. there was also a bad smell coming from the sink/drain. on top of that, the admin response was extremely slow, sometimes taking 2–3 hours to reply to messages. i was also disappointed that the admin accused me of smoking in the property without proper reason, which felt unnecessary and unfair. the parking area was also quite far from the lift, making it inconvenient to carry luggage.

Liked Everything was Great , and well decorated you feel like home. close to a mall walkable distance and well serviced location.. you will also have the feeling of good quality furniture.

Disliked Toilet is only one shared for two rooms. but its well designed and have direct door access to the main room.
