Sutera Avenue (2 rooms 5 Pax) Opposite Imago Mall

Liked We didn't get the apartment that we booked but they did replace it and we were only told until the last minute.it was clean & facilities were provided. Everything was working well..

Disliked There was no curtain in the living room windows. I hope the management/owner càn look through this matter..as it was a big window. There was no privacy. We were placed in apartment 8-06 tower 1.. only 1 lift was working for the last two days of our stay.

Disappointing

Bad Experience.

Liked It's located near the convenience store.

Disliked The staff wasn't friendly, they didn't even reply to my text/question about our stay. The apartment had some technical issues on that day, which is water leaking, and they were promised to move us to another apartment but no further action. Not only that, they were also not answering my call, which hard for us to find the building/tower of the apartment. We were rushing on that day, so we called the staff/owner of this apartment, but there were no responses. So overall, for location, i would give it a 9/10 because it's near to the city, but for the customer service, it's a 1/10.

Very good
