Disliked Extremely disappointing experience. The property displayed a price of around RM650, but after I confirmed the booking, my credit card was charged nearly RM3,000 instead. When I realised the discrepancy, I immediately requested a cancellation because the displayed price was clearly different from the amount charged. However, my request for a free cancellation was refused, and I was still charged around RM700 as a cancellation fee. I feel it is unfair for guests to bear the cost of what appears to be a pricing discrepancy. This experience has seriously affected my trust, and I would advise future guests to carefully verify all charges before confirming their booking.
