Liked Close to Penang Airport for an early morning flight. The instructions and housekeeping are detailed and very easy to follow. The check-in procedure is easy to follow. Deposit refund was made the same day. Can highly recommend a stay here.

Disliked There was nothing to dislike.

Liked It is closed to amenities. Ground floor there’s rows of shop including grocery store and self-serve laundry. I’m quite surprise the unit came with a massage chair😍. There’s parking available and all on ground floor

Disliked Some fixing (aircond and electrical socket outlet) required (informed the property owner), but it is not a big deal since the property owner was very courteous and helpful

Liked Nothing the place is an office before and became a homestay.

Disliked The air-conditioning is terrible the sound it's like an airplane landing at the airport. The plug point inside the room is not working and asked me to charge my phone outside😡

Disliked No lift from the basement

Liked Superb in cleanliness. Very neat and tidy house. All the facilities provided are fully well function.

Disliked The kitchen got refrigerator, dining table and sink but stove and cooking utensils is not provided. For future improvement maybe can put small rice cooker. Anyway u can bring your own food and reheat with microwave provided. I'm not sure whats is the recurring like water pump sound near the 2nd bedroom area that keep me awake from my sleep because the sound is kinda bit disturbing for me.
