Liked Spacious room, good location

Disliked 1. Room was musky as soon as door opened 2. Had trouble finding the allocated parking spot 3. Bidet was not working properly 4. Rubbish at kitchen was not emptied 5. Place was a bit run down with very obvious wear and tear like floor was uneven, bathroom near the bathtub had water damage etc

Liked Love the location. It's location is walking distance to KLCC & very good space.

Disliked Face recognition is so troublesome. Have to ask for security's assistant every time we want to go to the room's floor & swimming pool's floor. Only to level G & Parking no need to face recognition. Room a bit smelly & bedsheet have some old stain. Staff mentioned they already washed & it was old stain. Maybe you can change to new bedsheet as the stain's color quite obvious. Water is not clean as the water's color is yellowish not clear. TV's screen have line. Others are okay.

Disliked I have been experience fo water issue and it was resolved afterwards.
