Liked The location is pretty strategic as it is very near to the nearest malls.

Disliked We experienced significant inconvenience due to the poor management of the unit. The property owner was completely uncontactable when we struggled to unlock the digital lock, and no instructions were provided in advance. It took us nearly one hour to enter the unit, and even the neighbour opposite confirmed that many guests face the same issue. Additionally, the bathroom was poorly maintained, with signs of clogging. One of the ceiling fan is not working well and the water dispenser is not working as well. The owner then have the audacity to make a false claim/ allegations about the bedsheets needed to be clean and there was pet's fur in the house and demanded additional payment of RM150 which we will not be paying at all. Mind you, we even spent time to clean up the house by sweeping the floors, threw out trashes, and even help to clean up the clogged bathroom before we left. We are a family traveling from Terengganu to KL with an infant included. Who in their right minds would be bringing pets along??? In short, we are not recommend this airbnb to anyone at all. This is the worst airbnb and the shadiest owner we ever encountered in our entire lives.
