Disliked 1. The place is very dirty and dusty which forced me to delay my checkin time in order to let their team do another cleaning. 2. Worst experience on getting back my deposit. They just keep dragging and use excuses such as “checking with finance team” for the whole week (check out on 20/12/2025 and get back deposit on 26/12/2025) They only return deposit after I use other phone called and warn will report to CRT if I didn’t get back my deposit Conclusion: I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS VENUE

Great location, but worst host, all rooms with malfunction aircon.

Liked The location is great. Sheltered walk way to Sunway Velocity Mall, IKEA, MyTOWN, Sunway Medical Center. Paid EV Charging facilities on the ground floor of the carpark. F&B, Entertainment, Shopping, are very accessible.

Disliked Sofa cover is torn and stained. The wrapping of the coffee table is peeling off. All the aircon of the rooms are malfunction. We are forced to sleep in the living room. I had complaint this to the host but they just read my message and never responded to my complaint. What they care about is my payment, deposit and check out. I'll never stay in the property of this host again.

Staying with a complete happiness.

Liked Location in an area surrounded with a shopping complex, foods shop n best by MRT station nearby. You can walk to the MRT station by a cover walking walkway. Is all in one mini township. Is a plus to stay in here.

Disliked Air conditioning malfunctions in 2 places (Master room & Living room) & Heavy Water Leakage, damaging floor parquet. - Poor response from the property management team. - No mirror inside the dressing room. - No basic toothbrush/toothpaste is available.

Disliked Do not trust this property manager. The parking was taken up by someone else and they ask us to settle with the guard. The room was dirty even the bathroom floor had strands of hair everywhere and water, like someone just showered. When I notify the property manager, they told me to clean myself since it was late. They didn’t even want to refund me and keep shifting the blame that it’s booking.com fault but booking.com said it’s on their end. And they change story and say they are not the manager only agents to manage the house and when I ask who is the manager, they were silent. At the end had to make a police report on them. Had to find a room in the wee hours of the morning due to their irresponsibility and they didn’t even reply for the next few days whether the room had been cleaned or not. They just didn’t care.
