Overall a pleasant stay.
Liked Location is excellent, have direct link to a shopping mall. Wifi is ok. Water pressure weak, and they use the showerhead type. No rain shower. Staff friendly and helpful. Have free bottled water. Have kettle and amenities all ok TV show Singapore Channel!
Disliked One of the days we stayed there, got cigarette smell came out of the aircon vent. It was smelly, and I had to open the main door for a few mins to let it clear off.

Good location.
Liked I have a wonderful stay here. The customer service was excellent, Mr Goh, Firdus attended to my queries and the front desk team checked us to our room. Their service is remarkable. Though there's any welcome drink but have cookies. Our room was clean and quiet at night. Beside is a great shopping mall. Within walking distance to train station, making it perfect for ecploring. I will definitrly return.
Disliked The shampoo smell very lemonade (sour).!! Hope can change to other smell, eg lavender or ocean. The towel bar too high.

A very nice stay and helpful staff.
Liked The location is excellent and you can get all you need at the mall. The staff member at the front desk, Goh (彬仔) is very helpful and he provided very good and swift service.
Disliked The jacuzzi at the swimming pool is not working well.

June holiday - family vacation
Liked I went with my family and was given a connecting room with my parents without requesting for it. The front desk staff (Evelyn) was attentive and gave good recommendations for food around the area. The house keeping staff even attached balloons at our door to surprise my little girl. We had an unforgettable time during stay as the hotel staff went extra to provide excellent service (front desk and housekeeping.)
Disliked When we went to the swimming pool, we had a bit of issue witg the facilities. It would great to have someone to guide us along.
