Liked The location and convenience of shopping center and public transport ( LRT & MRT ). The apartment building and facilities provided is new, clean and well organized.

Disliked The host does not contact you earlier to state the pre-condition of the stay. ( Procedure to collect the key and the security deposit which needs to be paid first ). Guest have to call and follow up with host which only reply you after the check-in time ( after 3pm). In general the host has slow message respond. Refund for security deposit is done after 5days and which guest has to follow up closely. Floor mat, toilet rolls are not provided and shower water pressure was low.
