Sunway Velocity 2 -- Dual Key X Child Friendly with Comfy Home by Cowidea

Exceptional

Great location

Liked Super good location and facilities

Disliked Balcony too small

Not what I expected

Liked Location was across from a mall that had stores to meet my needs. Access to the mall and MRT was by covered walkways and through the mall. Plenty of various busiess nearby within walking distance. There was free streaming service on the TV. The unit was missing cups, plates and utensils. They immediately hired a delivery person to bring it over that evening. Appreciated the prompt response.

Disliked When I was booking, the pictures and descriptions made it look like a 1 bedroom with a living room and balcony. However, that turned out to be the next door unit. My unit was a tight little studio. The staff explained that this is their first listing in booking.com and they will adjust the listing to reflect accordingly.

SUPERB

Liked I like the decoration, not outdated style, ease my eyes. The facilities are superb especially the pool with the view of skyscrapers, lots of kids's water playground and indoor playground. Location is strategic, have link bridge to mall and nearby the MRT & LRT station (Maluri Station).

Disliked I think the check in & check out process quite hussle for some person. Not suitable for elderly because take lot of things to do. Maybe host can provide pictorial instruction in PDF for ease the process. Other than that the towel quite small for big size person. Hee.
