Sunway City Onsen COSY HOME Tambun Ipoh

Great stay. Enjoy the pool and the hot water pool.

Liked Clean spacious room. All basic needs are available. Nice pool and hot spring pool. Beautiful view around the pool.Free parking available. Smart tv in the room which is great. Extra towels and pillows given.

Disliked Only one set of keys given which make it inconvenience if only one person needs to go down to the pool and gym . No welcome drinks . No washing machine / drier is provided. Check out time should be 12.00 noon.

Liked Will repeat here next time..

Disliked Nothing.. our kids also love this place..

Overall for the price paid is fair

Disliked Some construction 🚧 noise from building nearby. Luckily the noise stop after a while

Liked Nice place, clean and well maintained. Recommended for small family of four. My family and myself enjoyed the stay and will come again in future.

Liked Exceed expectations

Disliked None

Liked Inconvenient check in

Disliked The listed price for the room is deceiving, it has not include cleaning fee. The check out time at 11 am unlike other homestay or hotel , 12 pm check out required additional RM60 per hour for speeding up cleaning 🙄.
