Horrible & Terrible

Liked It looks fancy only after we waited some time for the cleaners to clean the room after I texted the person in charge.

Disliked 1. We were told we could check in by 3 PM, we travelled quite far ONLY to see that the room hasn't been cleaned yet, there were pungent smell, it was terrible. They have hours to clean before 3 PM, not a good experience for those who are quite tired after a long journey. 2. They didn't prepare any cleaning amenities in the room like broom, the floor was dusty we couldn't sweep them. 3. No extra towels. Pretty sure they have guests info(s), WDYM we had to reuse the same towel for three days.

Just ok lah.

Liked Passable since it was a last minute booking.

Disliked The facilities. Old chair, old sofabeds, the bidet head have to change, the big shower head is only deco? As it not functional ya. No glass, no microwave.

Disliked It would be better if a broom and dustpan is provided

Liked Love the interior..it really exceeded my expectations.

Disliked Its unit was at level 7 and near the pool.its a bit noisy And the washing machine was placed under the cooking area cabinet. Its doesn't fit there.
