Dirty Airbnb and bad attitude agent

Disliked The bedsheet is dusty…And when request to come and change the bedsheet, the agent refused to do so…And highlighted we are the only customer they received complaints, so is the agents feel we customer found their bedsheet are dusty is being troublesome? And at last we bring the to laundry downstairs, spend our own money to wash it… We don’t have super sensitive skin but we feel itchy when we lay on the bed… And the agent act innocent and imply we are troublesome… The worst Airbnb I ever stay

Liked all good but u must ready tissue

Liked strategic location,easy to access to Berinchang and, other places

Disliked process of registration to check in, took so long, almost 45mins,why didn't practice the self check in, where customer can collect the keys via letter box?

Disliked Booking issue of the room but it was smartly managed by the staff / owner . Also given a pack of strawberries for a good gesture

Lovely stay in Cameron Highlands

Liked The apartment was lovely and spacious, and the beds were really cosy, it was great to have the shortcut in to town. Was great to have a the gym on site

Disliked It would be great if basic amenities could be provided like toilet paper and hand soap- was a little frustrating to have to go out and buy this as soon as we arrived. The en suite bathroom had a bad smell to it which wasn’t pleasant. And if you are a light sleeper would recommend ear plugs, the upstairs neighbours are very noisy and has little sound insulation.
