Disliked Smelly, poor air ventilation inducing my son's asthma. Step in and realised medical and safety issue. I highlighted immediately to staff She acted as if nothing was wrong and focus to charge me Never did stay and my request for refund was denied. I immediately wrote to booking.com however my next hotel which I moved received the complaint instead when I clearly wrote within this property reservation Avoid at all cost
