Summer Suites KLCC Apartments by Soulasia

I'm not happy, I'm waiting for my deposit

Liked Nothing, I can't get my deposit since 3 day

Disliked Small in the rooms

Liked I enjoyed the stay, very good hospitality. The balcony space is very good, everything you need was there.

Liked The self check-in options should be told very clearly and the staff are not friendly except one guy I can’t remember his name… we also found a lizard in our apartment

Disliked The staff and overall assistance

An excellent place. Very well kept.

Liked It's an apartment, and it's exceptionally clean. The only thing that isn't working is the TV, but I hardly ever watch television, so I have no complaints on that score. The young lady who looked after me - I never even got her name -was thorough, professional, and very pleasant. Overall, I've been very pleased with my choice.

Disliked I can't think of anything at the moment.

Liked Location

Disliked Facilities.. not worth the money can find better place for the same amount
