Disliked The place is outdated and does not feel comfortable, linnens walls etc.

Apartment was terrible but facilities were nice.

Liked Great pools and kids play area.good location.

Disliked The apartment was old and dirty and there was mould on the walls which they insisted was water damage and not unsafe (we had to take their word for it). It was not like the pictures which was a huge shame. We complained but the staff couldn’t do anything about it. I think it really depends on the specific apartment you get but I wouldn’t stay here again unless they could promise me a newer apartment. I had to ask for extra towels for the pool which staff couldn’t deliver until the next day. All in all not a great experience.

Disliked The place was a part of the hotel but with onother admin, first they gave me a dirty apartment when I refused it they gave me onother one a little bit clean No services no cleaning although they took 100 renget for the cleaning I have been cheated by booking com I booked directly from the hotel with a half of the price very clean with all services

Excellent and will come back to stay here

Liked Very close to Trx less than 2 mins. And from this apartment to pavilion around 10 mins. DurianBB 3mins
