Liked Located in suitable place. Easy to acess to all. Eventually i get the city view. No noise at night.

Disliked Master bedroom the aircond is making sound & the fan is slow.

Liked The homestay was perfect. The house was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Everything inside the house was in very good condition and well prepared. It really made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant place to stay. 👍

Disliked The unit was not well maintained and was dirty. Saw some plastic wrapper and hair on the floor as unit was not cleaned properly. Bed sheets had stains and one of the rooms had very strong cigarette smell. Cancelled my 2nd night booking.

Liked Location - easy access ro grocery shop, spice arena, penang airport, lots of food stall nearby, park for short walk/ jog. Safety - need access card , helpful security guard available at lobby, covered parking lot Complete unit with cooking utensils, rice cooker, kettle, water dispenser, dishes

Disliked Burn stain on iron Bit tedious to throw rubbish (only available at level 1) No swimming pool
