Suasana Suites KLCC by Grand Royal

Very good

Disappointing tired in need of renovations

Liked location changed to nearer Petronas Towers

Disliked Rearranged apartment looking tired. Sofabed uncomfortable to sit on. only two towels provided for duration of stay

Pleasant

Bad

Liked Nothing

Nice stay with some downsides.

Liked Very spatious apartment, close to Bukit Bintang. Superb swimming pool. Good service from the host; comfy beds; good kitchen.

Disliked We had quite some issues with the bathrooms, one leak of the bath made water to go through the wall and the sinks were clogged. Wifi is poor at least, half of the time not working and low reach (could not connect in bedrooms). At the relatively higher cost this is not very good value for money.
