Liked The location.

Disliked Owner cancelled.the day I was supposed to check in. Fortunately, they gave me the free cancellation, or I would have gone mad. Last minute of making me having to search for a new place is crazy. This place should not be here on booking.com.

Liked Location and room facilities. Swimming pool

Disliked Poor communication from staff regarding how to go to the entrance which wasn't easy to locate. No clear instruction on check in process.

Disliked Improve the plumbing conditions. Clear and clean the drainage pipes, causing bad smells

Liked It's easily accessible to travel to other locations. Very good amenities around the location.

Disliked Nothing except the fridge is spoilt I guess. It's not cold wen we put things in the fridge.

Liked Location is central, convenient and accessible to the nearby shopping malls and eateries. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean. It has a purified water filter for drinking. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary appliances, plates, cups and cutleries. It has a washing machine too.

Disliked The shower heater is faulty. Have to bathe in cold water throughout our stay. The staff didn't follow up on the problem. No repair was done on the heater and no replacement of the room was made as communicated.
