Poor stay due to the above issues.

Liked Great location.

Disliked Bedroom aircon and toilet bidet not working. Maintenance arrived to look into the matter. Bidet was repaired but the bedroom aircon remained warm. We had to sleep in the living room as it was too warm in the bedroom. Contact the management company again but was ghosted. You can do better.

The parking is super expensive which cost rm3/hr with no max capping per day. Think twice if you're driving here

Liked The location is great. Near and convenient

Disliked The environment was noisy with construction continue until 3am. Unable to sleep due to noisy environment.

We enjoyed the stay with peace and comfort.

Liked No breakfast provided but the location is good as some eateries are nearby. The apartment is comfortably clean as we entered the premise.

Disliked The numbers to the keylock was too small. Firstly, it is good to provide a coffee table in front of the sofa. Preferably to have a water dispenser to prevent from boiling water repeatedly to prepare hot drinks. Prefer to have a small table in each bedroom.

Liked Clean and nicely renovated

Disliked 1) drilling noise in the night 2) traffic noise can hear 3) ceiling unsightly with stain

Disliked Tried so hard to communicate with property using number provided by booking.com, but no answer..the common bathroom has such a bad stench coming from the sewage pipe that it permeates to both the rooms..correct this problem before you open up to the next guests..and do give very clear instructions as to how to open mailbox..it is in bad condition as people kept trying to manipulate it.

Disliked - the aircon we stay is spoilt.
