SUARASA Villa 1 - Private Pool

Liked Love most of it. Tapi saya tak suka bila staff yg mula2 mesej saya tu macam tak puas hati pulak saya dapat harga offer. Ulang berkali2 pasal harga offer tu. Pastu pada buku dia stated ade welcome drinks. Tapi kononnye sebab last minute booking, so diorang tak sempat prepare. Padahal, saya stay 2 malam. Saya bukan nak cari gaduh. Tapi saya tak suka dengan cara orang yg bermesej dengan saya tu punya ayat. Salah ke rezeki saya dapat harga offer??

Memorable and will stay again

Liked Location Pool Space Modernity

Disliked There should be a daily cleaner available and more towels available

Exceptional

Excellent place to stay and to chill with big family.

Liked 1. Breakfast provided 2. Private pool and karoake set 3. Kampung house vibe 4. Excellent interior deco 5. Many lepak2 spot in the house, also near to many lepak2 restaurant and attractions

Disliked Cleanlines is superb. However there are very very minor spots that are not 'hotel clean standard' (such as under sink cabinet in master bedroom, undersink cabinet in the kitchen). Floor in the kitchen and laundry area is a little bit grimy (maybe because of material used is prone to trap dust). This is very very minor thing and barely noticed by others but to have this issue tackled would increase rate immensely and maybe would place Suarasa same level with other exclusive hotel stay. Good job.
