What an Embarrassment. Owners clearly don’t care.

Liked Place has so much potential and with new ownership it could be great.

Disliked Disgusting. First walk in to see the big skyline view but the glass is full of thick smudges of some substances, which are impossible to miss, clearly across the room. Then I notice cheap air fresheners all over the place. Why? To fight the smell of the sewage coming from the bathroom. The glass shower door looked like it had not been cleaned in years. It’s so obvious, and yet ignored. If they can’t do the obvious, what don’t I see that isn’t being taken care of? Booked for 5 nights, yet there was only enough soap for two. There’s a lamp, whose wire runs under the bed to the outlet, for which the plug does not match the outlet and the wire on the lamp has been retaped with electrical tape. Not only is that a fire hazard but how cheap can you be? It’s embarrassing. No soap or a drying rack for the washer and I found out why. The washer leaks all over the floor as the drain filter has never been cleaned or replaced. Broken furniture, decrepit walls, holes in sheets, damp towels left to dry in the closet for future guests. A lot of this has been said to them before in the reviews, and you can see how combative and accusatory the tenant is. I booked five nights and left after two

Amazing place to stay

Liked Absolute paradise! Probably the best view in all of KL. The whole complex is new, most apartments are still e pty which I don‘t understand. All the amenities are great, huge pool and whirlpool, gym nice gym and yoga studio. Big game room etc. the apartment is beautiful too and again.. that view!! On top of a big nice mall, which seems to struggle unfortunately, most shops are empty but still enough shops, groceries and restaurants. It‘s a bit outside the city but very easy accessible by metro, and I prefered it over the centre bc it‘s more quiet and the view is much better. Good communication with the owner, all very safe and uncomlicated. 100% recommend.

Disliked Bathroom drain smelled quite bad, the wi-fi barely worked in the room and unfortunately there is no wifi in the common areas. The room key card didn‘t work well either. But other than that all perfect

Liked I had an extremely disappointing experience with this property. The bed was far too small and uncomfortable for guests, and the noise levels at night were unbearable, making sleep nearly impossible. The listing also included several falsely advertised amenities, including a bathtub, coffee machine, soundproofing, and a toaster, none of which were present. When we raised these concerns with the host, they were unhelpful and dismissive. We escalated the issue to Booking.com, but the host ignored us and the platform. Although they offered a refund for five nights, no proof of this was ever provided, and our concerns remained unaddressed. To make matters worse, my credit card was charged for six nights despite us staying only one. This host’s lack of professionalism and poor communication make this a place I strongly recommend avoiding
