Liked Near with mahkota parade mall. Just a walk away.

Good.

Liked Security was very good. A bit wear & tear but a nice apartment. Easy access to shops.

Disliked No light in the bedroom other than bed side/table lamp. Very smelly outside the apartment - maybe due to some toilet water leaking from neighbor's.

Liked The communication to get into the apartment was good and it is close to a mall, though across a 6 lane freeway.

Disliked Freeway and construction noise can't be blocked with earplugs. Maybe noise cancelling headphones would work. Possibly a combination of both. This apartment not been touched since the 80s. The windows are close to falling out, don't touch them. It is in a relatively uninhabited large apartment complex with significant building issues. Though renovation is happening. There is one lift for many floors and it is very small. There is a distinct smell in the apartment, the air refreshener is very strong. It is hard to describe, though like mothballs.

Liked Location was good. Short walking distance from centrum. Friendly and helpful staff. Swimming pool Area was nice.

Disliked The building was old ja little pit not updated. Swimming pool was full of leaf. There were only few kitchen utensils. We saw also few bugs!
