Straits Garden Suites, Georgetown

a pleasent trip

Liked repeated guest here.always on top

Disliked parking ride like amusement park.hahahaha...

Very short stay

Liked The room was clean, beds are comfy, extra pillows, tamil channels, very responsive host, easy and quick self check in n check out, strong n speed wifi connection

Disliked Compact unit, sofa bed is very thin, have to throw garbage at the specific place when check out(cannot leave in or out the unit)

I definitely recommend this homestay to my family and friends as the location is convenient.

Liked The transaction is smooth, from booking until I checked out. Overall stay is exceptional, all the things I needed for my stay is available. Staff are also friendly and accommodating, they can communicate well with their tenants. Instructions were given what to do and easy to follow with no confusion.

Disliked About the facilities - just the elevator which seems needed as it is kind of slow. Also, not really the building problem, but concerned about the security of the tenants for people especially women for those strangers (staff or not a staff) roaming around and will ask random uncomfortable questions and might have different intentions which may led to trouble. As I experienced it myself from the elevator until G floor and good that there's a security guard who's with me.

Liked The place was good overall except 2 things - the bed sheet and the mattress were old and not comfortable. Otherwise, it was a good place. The Host was really good and responsive. So if they can replace with a more stiffer mattress that is good for back pain and have new bed sheets, I will certainly go with the same place.
