I'll never come back to this hotel ever again. Not recommended.

Disliked This hotel was unresponsive when I asked question online. I tried to call after that but the hotel number was unreachable. It was very inconvenient and infuriating. I checked-in around 10pm+ on 2/9/26. I noticed that the staff at the counter was very unpleasant. He is a plump black guy with curly hair, wearing glasses. The way he talked was rude and the intonation he was using was snobbish. I don't think he should be working in customer service sector.

Great location as we needed to visit HKL daily.

Liked Staff were very cordial and helpful.

Disliked Food was pricey.

The employee didn't check clearly and said you took the towel

No Phone call pick up
